| Details: | 5-19-25 e-mailed contact that there is a Level 1 investigation triggered due to the repeat samples not being done as required after +coliform on 5-6-25. I provided info for remaining requirement for triggered source sample and 3 distribution samples (one at same location as +coliform tap). I provided the Level 1 investigation form as well, the coliform sampling plan as that is still required of the system and has useful information on it. I advised a letter is coming from OHA about the Level 1 investigation as well. I followed up the e-mail with a phone call. Craig said he did the repeats and he had the results. . 05-20-25 Craig e-mailed them to me in the morning and said they had not been labeled properly during submission have now been forwarded by Rose CIty Lab to OHA DWS. I advised the Level 1 Investigation would still be required. I resent the form with the deadline of June 18th, 2025 submission. I included the link to Circut RIder for assistance. |
