| Details: | I walked Nayfa through the operations manual template and the emergency response plan. I told how to fill out each section, every line, who to contact and how to write it down. Then the coliform sampling plan. She doesn’t know what the store looks like so she doesn’t know how to fill out where the location samples taps are because she has never been to the store. Management at the store would not help her fill it out. The lab would not help her fill it out. I told her how to fill it out and what to put in each line. The survey was 10 months ago and it needed to get done. She has no knowledge of the water system or store. |
