| Details: | The water system is working on updating the written protocols for under certified operators and expect to have it done beginning of June. The other deficiency noted during the survey was a leak at SRC-DA. Per an email from Jake on 5/21, the identified deficiency was not accurate. The leak is from a control valve that needs to be replaced and not from the well. This noted deficiency will be removed. System is still to correct this leak as a rule violation but as this is not directly a well issue, it is no longer considered a significant deficiency. | ||
