| Details: | I left a voicemail and emailed the operator notifying them of water quality monitoring/testing requirements. This system must collect one Arsenic sample from the EP of the system, Annual Nitrate samples, and quarterly coliform samples. This system did not submit Coliform samples for the last quarter, and so has a 1-point violation. The operator had forwarded their Coliform test results to the inspector that did a sanitation inspection at their facility; I recommended that the operator instruct their lab to forward test results directly to State DW Compliance. |
