| Details: | This OVS had TC+ routine sample 5/23/25. Emailed John and reminded him to take one repeat in distribution and one triggered from the well source. System had 5 consecutive absent quarterly samples, but this TC+ resets the requirement of 8 absent quarters to go to annual sampling. Results will dictate further action. | ||
