| Details: | On Friday 2/22/19 a water line broke in the park affecting pressure to 10 homes. A Boil water notice was delivered to the residents. I was notified by Rudy Doerner on Monday 2/25/19. I notified Shawn Stevenson in the Region 2 office. I was unable to log on to the web to post an advisory on Monday. The break was repaired and a distribution sample was submitted on Monday. I followed up with the lab on Tuesday and the sample results were negative. I informed Mr. Doerner that in the future he should contact me immediately when a loss of pressure occurs. He has my county cell phone to call or text. Rudy did provide a copy of the BWN and a list of residents that were affected. | ||
