| Details: | E-mail sent to Sue as follow-up to phone conversation of February 21, 2019. At that time, Sue was out of the area. She requested photos of the hole in the casing which requires repair. Photos from the May 24 sanitary survey report sent showing the valve that separated from the exposed portion of the well casing, along with following message: "Good day, Sue: Attached are photos showing the hole in the well casing that is of concern. If it has been repaired, please let me know—you can send a quick photo of the repair when you are back in town. Thank you." Operator Gene Ramey was copied on the e-mail. |
