| Details: | After speaking with Rebecca Templin, it was clarified that due to the date of construction for Well #1 that it is not an unapproved well and is not currently a setback to have Well #1 & Well #2 within 100ft of each other. Visually, the well casing and the grounds surrounding the wells are within compliance and meet construction standards (no well log for Well #1). A UV plan review is not currently required. | ||
