| Details: | I called and left for the contact at the water system on 5/15/25. On 5/13, the water system had submitted a coliform sample and it tested present for total coliform. A message was left (water system did not call back) stating that one repeat and one source sample were needed for follow up. On 5/22, the water system submitted one coliform sample marked as routine and it tested absent for bacteria. System to resume quarterly coliform monitoring. | ||
