| Details: | Phone call and email follow up with Marilyn regarding recent coliform, nitrate and arsenic test. She had a contractor pull the sample and was labeled as a homeowner sample, not for a PWS; I recommended she email a copy of the report to compliance since the sample was taken at the well. I also notified her another coliform sample will need to be taken from the distribution. Will continue to follow up as needed. | ||
