| Details: | I spoke with the operator over the phone and notified them of the TC+ routine sample. I informed the operator, Gary, that a repeat sample from the same sample site as the TC+ would be required. I noticed that the chlorine concentration at the time of the TC+ was only .03ppm. I recommended to the operator that if TC+ issues persist, they should increase the chlorine residual to the recommended .2ppm instead. The operator confirmed they understood. |
