| Details: | Called and talked with Erica the manager at the trailer park. To informer her that there was a complaint and that I am coming over to talk with her. The complaint included, recent water line break in the park and a lot of sediment in the lines which affected water service and clogged lines, and that the park managers never notified customers or conducted follow-up sampling. the system as inactive as a PWS and are connected to the City of Portland, but apparently submeters are installed at every home in the park and the owner of the park charges tenants for the metered water use. That would make the water system a regulated PWS according to OAR 333-061-0010 because water is sold to customers. Talked with Erica, she stated that the water was not turned off and there was not a need to notified customers. As of March 2025, the rules for purchasing water systems has changed. 333-061-0010(3) |
