| Details: | Ownership of the water system has changed hands. I emailed the operator the following: "Just checking in really quick about the violations for PWS 94871 ALBANY BOX COMPANY: Viol Num 3530367, 12/21/2024 - : LCRR - Initial SL Inventory Late/Nonreporting Viol Num 3530369, 12/21/2024 - : LCRR - Public Notice Late/Nonreporting To resolve the issue, the lead service line inventory must be completed. Also, a public notice is required for missing the deadline for the lead service line inventory which was due on October 16, 2024. Below in my signature, you will find a link to public notices which has information and templates that you can use. Please distribute the public notice to the users of the system, along with OHA and me. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out." |
