| Details: | 2025 survey was submitted with some incorrect information. The system operates year-round, but the survey mistakenly noted the system as Seasonal. I corrected the survey and asked OHA to remove the violation from the record. The water system should be testing quarterly, and so far, they have met their obligations for 1st and 2nd quarter. | ||
