| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding the nitrate test result exceedance (12.0 mg/l). I told them that a nitrate confirmation sample will need to be taken and residents will need to be informed of the exceedance through a Tier 1 Public Notice (PN) within 24 hours. I will initiate a Circuit Rider request so that the operator will have technical recommendations for a nitrate-removal treatment system. I emailed the operator the Tier 1 PN to complete, distribute, and email to Compliance. | ||
