| Details: | Backflow prevention 06.05.2025-CBNB meter services supervisor reached out inquiring about state programs available to help out low-income customers that are having to pay for backflow prevention installation and testing. I informed the operator that currently, the state doesn’t have anything specific to help water system customers with the payment for installation and testing of backflow assemblies. That is typically something the water provider would take on by paying for the installation outright or spreading the cost out on the water bills. No further actions needed at this time. |
