| Details: | 2025 Water System Survey 09.19.2025 I emailed the operator requesting an update on the status of the corrective actions for the survey deficiencies that are still pending. The operator emailed me the following documents: - SOPs for critical tasks, specifically: Turbidimeter usage and maintenance, UV system maintenance and calibration, start up, UV filter maintenance, shut down and start up procedure. - Protocol for under certified operators - Photo of the UV bypass capped. All survey deficiencies have been addressed. Pending issues: The operator has been advised to submit the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) and the certification form to DMCE as soon as possible. 06.05.2025 •Country Club Estates PWS 01501 Survey site visit on 05/15/2025 •Operator and DMCE notified on 06/05/2025 •Sig deficiencies and rule violations noted. Due date on 07/24/2025 •No inventory updates. •Survey RPT and LTR saved on S Drive. |
