| Details: | We received a complaint form a water customer at the park indicating the water pressure frequently drops and last Saturday 5/31/25, there was no water pressure. She has spoken with the manager who said the well pump cannot keep up with demand from the system. I called and left a message for Grant explaining the complaint and asked for a call back. I mentioned the need for a boil water advisory when a zero pressure event occurs followed up by special coliform monitoring. The low water pressure issue was also discussed with Grant back in 2023 as the result of a L2 investigation. I put him in contact with the circuit rider program for assistance at that time. UPDATE: Grant called back and left a voice message stating he just found out about this specific event and has contacted Stettler Supply. They will be onsite investigating the issue. Grant said he would keep me updated. |
