| Details: | DEQ received a water quality/pollution complaint on 5/5/25 about another complaint at Salem KOA RV Park at the address of 3700 Hagers Grove Rd. SE, Salem. This complaint was forwarded to OHA-DWS, and there was an original complaint on 1/23/25 (see original contact report: https://yourwater.oregon.gov/cr-detail.php?crisn=20154 for details on the situation).
