| Details: | The original sample was taken on 6/2 from the Host 2 site, which has not been actively used much. ODF took 4 more samples on 6/5 and the Well sample and one of the Host 2 samples were fine, but two of the Host 2 samples tested positive again. ODF is going to shock the system today, close/turn off all sources with a notification, and will keep Jaime posted for our next steps. Because this is the 3rd investigation at a level 2, the State will require the system to install disinfection. The normal contact is on sabbatical, and Jodi is covering |
