| Details: | Discussion with Jacquelyn – Water System Deficiencies Cross-connection and CCR Reporting: The cross-connection and annual CCR were originally emailed to a former Columbia County employee. I requested that those emails be resent to me and that the OHA representative be cc'd. Public Notice – Coliform Positive Test Result: The operator is preparing a public notice to inform residents about the recent coliform positive result. The notice will include corrective steps taken. Once finalized, the notice will be sent to both Columbia County and OHA. Ground Water Rule (GWR) – Source Sample Late/Nonreporting: There is a GWR violation dating back to March 2024 due to only one repeat sample being taken after a positive coliform result. This occurred before Jacquelyn became the primary contact person for the system. |
