| Details: | The operator contacted me via email letting me know the confirmation sample is at 12.9. The avg of initial +confirmation is over the MCL. The operator has had the well turned off and customers are not receiving the water. They also mentioned that the well is turned off during times they suspect high nitrates. I emailed the operator 06/10/2025 requesting current meter readings on the well and operational logs to confirm water usage. Called operator at 4:30 pm and left a voice message and sent an email asking if the well can be disconnected. If the well stays active, then treatment will be required. Also provided nitrate fact sheet to operator. Operator emailed me at 10:48 am on 06/11/2025 and stated that they have a work order in to disconnect the well and reiterated the well is not being used. |
