| Details: | While doing a water survey for "COE Cottage Grove," another system managed by this operator, we discussed the positive assessment sample and upcoming compliance deadline for "COE Lookout Point." This system is already being required to install disinfectant residual. The operator (Jason) confirmed that chlorination had already been installed, but that plan-review for the chlorinator had not been submitted/gone through approval. Jason mentioned that Federal restrictions on spending had initially complicated submitting/paying for the OHA plan-review as required. I recommended that the system confirm they had submitted plan-review for the chlorinator as required ASAP. |
