| Details: | Called and discussed the confirmed TC in repeat and triggered samples. She said the chlorination system may not be working properly since 0 ppm residual was recorded for the distribution samples. This is being investigated and any necessary adjustments or repairs will be made. I let her know that a L2 investigation is now required and we scheduled it for 6/25/25. | ||
