| Details: | The DBP sampling schedule requires sampling in Feb, May, Aug, and Nov each year at the BLANCHARD sample site ID# 2DBP-01. Sampling was completed in Feb, Aug, and Sept of 2024. A violation was issued for missing the 4th quarter, 2024 sampling. I conducted a water system survey on January 17, 2025, and discussed the missed DBP sampling in 2024 with the operator, Brandon Ford. DBP sampling was completed on March 26, 2025, however, since the sample was taken in March, rather than in Feb, this resulted in another monitoring violation for the 1st quarter of 2025. On May 20, 2025, I sent an email to Brandon to remind him that the DBP sampling was due before the end of May 2025. | ||
