| Details: | Email sent from Carl, All 4 retest samples were positive after light well chlorination and meticulous sampling procedure. Crow Water Systems identified a pressure tank that was non functioning saying it was water logged. I was not aware of this. They said it had been noted 1 1/2 yrs ago. My thinking is that it may contain stagnant water. They are bidding on a replacement. I can see no other source for the coliforms which seem to be worsening. I am open to have you conduct an inspection soon and to help develop a plan to correct the problem. Email Carl that these positive samples have triggered a level2 investigation. However in the meantime troubleshoot the issues and take 3 repeat samples and one from the well. |
