| Details: | I called Aaron to verify he was aware of the positive e-Coli sample from June 12th and he is. We reviewed additional follow up sampling requirements and he is doing them today (one source sample from Well 2, and 3 distrubution sample, one of them being from the same tap that was positive for e-Coli). Edit: Well 2 system is on chlorinaton and had chlorine leak prior to sample. Followed up with operator again. E-mailed instructions for follow up state scheduled sampling for both Well 2 and Well 3. No guests at the facility today and none for the next 5 days. I provided template for boil notice if needed for Well 2 e-Coli. |
