| Details: | Phone call (left message) with Aaron for the Well 3 coliform postive result follow up after the e-Coli alert instructions for Well 2 system to also do 3 distribution samples for this colifom postive sample done same day. The operator discovered a leak in the chlorinator system for Well 3 that could be related to this. No chlorine residuals are on lab submittals.I asked for a call back. Edit: After researching w/Joel and looking at file, well 3 system not chlorinated and Well 2 system is and that is the one that had the chlorine leak confirmed w/ operator. Followed up with operator again. E-mailed instructions for follow up state scheduled sampling for both Well 2 and Well 3. No guests at the facility today and none for the next 5 days. I provided template for boil notice if needed for Well 2 e-Coli. |
