| Details: | TC positive sample collected on 06.16.2025 06.16.2025-The operator was advised to collect 3 repeat samples today: One at Managers sink No. 1 that tested TC positive, one within 5 connections downstream from the Managers sink No. 1, and one sample within 5 connections upstream from the Managers sink No. 1. Josh believes the recent TC positive sample was the result of not properly sanitizing the sample tap. Repeat samples will be collected later today or tomorrow. Chlorine concentration in the distribution system at the time the sample was collected was 1.3 ppm.
