| Details: | Larry reported water sample submitter earlier this week showed presence of coliform bacteria. He submitted a sample earlier this morning and asked for further instructions. In addition to the one sample already submit, provide 2 more collected from restaurant building with lab slips all marked REPEAT. Please call me if any of three show coliform present. Otherwise in July submit 3 samples from the restaurant building with lab slips marked as TEMPORARY ROUTINE. LATER LEARNED sample submitted on 6/19 should have been marked as REPEAT but was marked TRIGGERED SOURCE in error. |
