| Details: | Contacted by phone and email. Not sure what the issue could be. There was a loss of power after the system was disinfected - prior to temp routine samples being taken. I sent a level 1 investigation (not required by State) for Steve to use to try and evaluate the current situation. Discussed reservoir hatch integrity, snow issues, sample tap at well, uv light changing and sleeve cleaning per manufacturer's instructions. Advised that 3 repeat samples need to be taken within 24 hours and one source sample. Need to be reported by the 10th of the month. Weather issues have been prohibitive in getting repeats - so get as soon as possible...insure snow, limbs down etc. are not compromising integrity of sample collection. | ||
