| Details: | System operator indicated he was attempting to contact the sample site contact & lab to verify there wasn't a clerical error. Let him know that OHA has issued the compliance letter. There is a new requirement for a tier 1 public notice followed up by the public education flyer. The system has a lead detection in 2018 when the well was new meaning that treatment is required. Attached a copy of the compliance letter & contact for the circuit rider. Provided other potential technical assistance resources such as OAWH & RCAC. Let him know that the tier 1 is due by July 3. | ||
