| Details: | Informed Detroit that there was a treatment technique violation for not meeting the required setpoints for PDRmax (May 1-5) and LRVambient (May 9, 20, 21, 25, 27th) for membrane treatment during the May monthly reporting period. I also let them know that a Tier 2 public notice is required to be sent to customers and advised they send me a copy of the notice after customer notification. 7/2: Advised the operator to reach out to their consulting engineers to ensure the SCADA/PLC is recording the correct data for the system's monthly compliance reports. Also advised the system to reach out to the circuit rider program if they need assistance in understand what is recorded on the PLC to ensure accuracy of monthly reports. |
