| Details: | The USFS Clackama Lake WS Survey Deficiencies were marked corrected 07-02-25. A photo of a new screen on the water storage tank vent was provided. The monitoring deficienciy dropped off due to the age of the violation. I marked the deficiency corrected as well this date. This contact report is also being sent to Jacob. | ||
