| Details: | Camp Tamarack received a violation for an apparent failure to meet surface water treatment concentration-time (CT) during the monitoring period of May 1 to May 31, 2025, specifically due to inadequate CT on May 29, 2025. However, May's CT calculations were incorrect. OHA's review of the measurements indicates that CT was, in fact, adequate to meet and exceed disinfection targets/requirements on that date. Camp Tamarack will review May's data submission, correct any errors, and resubmit, at which time the violation should be rescinded. | ||
