| Details: | Ann called on 7/1/125 to inform me that a monthly routine coliform sample returned positive. There was a recent repair in the system. The repair did not involve a loss of pressure. They are reviewing the system as the infrastructure is aging. Ann was informed to take three repeat distribution samples and triggered source. The samples were taken to the lab on 7/2/25. |
