| Details: | Diane is the operator/manager for this MHP and called the general OHA ph. number requesting assistance with procedure for taking a repeat coliform sample; she had just gotten a message from the owner. She also requested that Data Online be updated to include her info since the owner does not live on-site or manage the system, and the contact info update was initiated today. I let Diane know to take one repeat sample in the distribution at the same site as the positive coliform test last month and also one triggered sample at the well. | ||
