| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding the recent lead test result (0.0388 mg/l) that exceeded the Action Limit (AL). I've emailed them a Tier 1 Public Notice , to be distributed within 24 hours, and a Lead Public Education Notice. They said that the sampling site that was over the AL (kitchen sink) had been vacant for an extended period of time and a new business had moved into that space. This PWS is an industrial facility that rents out spaces to businesses. I've informed the operator about the forthcoming steps such as collecting WQPs and EP lead & copper samples.
