| Details: | I emailed the operator regarding the arsenic exceedance (0.0112 mg/l) that was taken on 6/19/25. The new arsenic-removal-treatment system was installed during the last week of June. A special arsenic sample was taken on 6/30/25 that had measured a arsenic concentration as Non Detect. I've informed the operator that a Tier 2 Public Notice will still need to be distributed to the residents every 90 days until the Running Annual Average (RAA) is below the MCL. | ||
