Details:	This water system has been operating for many years but was just recently identified and put on the inventory as a public water system due to the number of employees. The system started collecting samples on 5/28/25. On 5/28, the first sample collected was positive for total coliform. On 3/30, three repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample were collected. Two of the repeats and the source sample were positive for total coliform. This triggered a level 1 form to be filled out. This was submitted by the water system on 7/12/25. Three routine samples were due in June and were collected on 6/12/25. One of these were present for total coliform. Three repeat samples and a source sample were collected on 6/16. One of the repeats was positive. A Level 2 investigation was triggered and was performed on 6/19/25. Three routine samples are due in July. Further action may be needed depending on the results.
