| Details: | On 6/9/25, a coliform sample was collected that tested present for total coliform bacteria. An email was sent to Joe on 6/11/25 alerting him to the positive result and the follow up samples needed. The system needed to collect 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample. The only sample that is showing as having been collected as part of the follow up was 1 repeat sample from the same location (which was absent for bacteria). The system was placed on monthly coliform monitoring due to missed water quality samples. The next coliform sample is due in July. | ||
