| Details: | The recent six month sample round for LCR had five of ten sites results above the action level. One site tested at 3.87 ppm. The sites above the action level are all class room sinks. We discussed the age of the fixtures and discussed potential replacement. The system recently had caustic soda installed for Ph adjustment due changes in the Ph of the groundwater. Jeff reported a phosphate level of 1.3 and a Ph of 7.6. The system must maintain a phosphate of 1 or higher and Ph of 7.0 or higher. The public notice template was provided to Jeff. I followed up with an email 7/16 and asked for verification of the posting and a copy of the public notice. The system received a violation for the LCR samples being delivered to the state on 7/11 but were due by 7/10. |
