| Details: | Repeated attempts to contact this system have been unsuccessful. Recent repeat sampling for this system shows there is little knowledge in operations. I intend to visit directly and provide additional information for this system. I left a voicemail directing the system to take 3 temporary routines before the end of July, and complete a level 1 investigation. |
