| Details: | Mike called about the next steps following his repeat sample came back positive. All four samples from the distribution and one from the well came back positive for coliform. Mike said they did replace the pump recently. This would most likely be the cause of the coliform in the system. I e-mailed Mike a copy of the Level 1 investigation and informed him following the corrective action of shock chlorination that they would need to collect 3 temporary routines in March. | ||
