| Details: | The operator reached out via phone to Lane DW program for instructions after getting TC+ on repeat samples. I informed the operator that a Level 1 investigation would be required, and emailed them templates/instructions on 7/16. The operator suspects that their employee accidentally spilled leaf-litter/organic debris into one of the water tanks whilst performing an inspection through the top hatch. The operator also already understands that a triggered sample from the well is still required, and will submit that as soon as possible. The operator stated that they would complete the level 1 and submit it within 30 days as required. |
