| Details: | Contacted Abby to inform her that Bellyfull Catering water system has received a violation for nonsubmittal of a coliform sample in the 2nd quarter and its their 2nd quarterly violation in the last year. They will need to collect a coliform sample this month (and report by the 10th of next month) and a 2nd sample sometime this quarter (at least 1 week after the first sample). Failure to complete both of these steps will result in their system changing to a monthly schedule. | ||
