| Details: | Received call from Operator Jim that both triggered well samples TC+ as well as the same location repeat TC+ following 7/14 routine positive. Upstream and downstream distribution samples absent. Discussed chlorinating both wells to approx 10 mg/l and once any residual chlorine is gone taking several follow up samples (both wells and distribution). Sent Jim examples of chlorine test kit and will send level one investigation form. |
