| Details: | DWS attempted to contact water system by phone. A monthly source assessment sample collected from the campground's well (SRC-AA) on 7/14/25 was positive for total coliform. No triggered sampling or other action is needed in response to this positive sample. The system has completed its 12-month source assessment monitoring requirement. A DWS geologist has contacted the system regarding the results of the assessment monitoring and future monitoring requirements needed to make a GWUDI determination for the well. | ||
