Details: | Erica Amt called to let me know one of the repeat distribution coliform samples was positive for coliform. The results were also e-mailed to us this morning.Erica reports the water was shut off at the campground and the retail store and deli and marina on the 18th and customers were alerted the water supply was cut off and not to use the water. People with reservations were called that water was being turned off at the campground. After consulation with Keith Male P.E. at OHA I advised that the Tier 1Public Notice for Boil is still required even with no water supply. She agrees to issue that today. I also reached out to Sarah Schwab R.E.H.S. at ODA, the agency responsible for licensing and compliance for food safety at the Promondory Cafe and Deli. PGE is working on investigating source of contamination, disinfecting for the drinking water, then flushing, then will sample again for coliform and alert us of results. Level 2 coliform investigation scheduled for tomorrow 07-22-25 with Clackamas County Drinking Water Services. | ||
