| Details: | Rick called because the plan review is not approved and the deadline of August 31st is approaching. He is concerned that there is a delay at OHA DWS that is not being communicated to his vendor. I gave Rick the e-mail address for the reviewer and suggested he e-mail OHA directly to verify if any other information needed and inquire about timeline for approval. I also extended the deadline for the survey deficiency correction to 10-31-25. | ||
